I enjoy getting lost in markets looking for fresh products and taking cooking classes in all the countries where I travel. The characteristic that best defines me as a gastronomy lover is curiosity – almost obsession, some would say – to discover new and original flavors.
As a result of my background in finance, extensive experience in Human Resources and the innate passion for this «je ne sais quai» that surrounds the world of restaurants, this Talent Collection project for kitchens around the world is born.
